Eli Zygmuntowicz, DPT, OCS, PRC
University of Puget Sound, Doctor of Physical Therapy 2009, BS Biology 1999
Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), 2013
I utilize a combination of manual therapy, targeted and functional exercise, postural and movement retraining and education to reduce pain and return patients to full function in their daily lives and recreational activities. Evaluation and treatments are tailored to each individual’s unique anatomy and presentation of symptoms. A comprehensive and integrated approach achieves optimal results with the goal of each patient finishing his or her course of treatment with an improved understanding of their body, their injury, proper movement and posture and what they can do to avoid injury in the future. A focus of my treatments is to help people figure out how to make realistic and lasting changes in their habits, lives and health with the new knowledge they gain.
I grew up in Sandpoint, ID and Ithaca, NY, but have lived in the Puget Sound area for the past 20 years. I spend much of my free time taking advantage of all the amazing opportunities for outdoor recreation in the Pacific Northwest, whether rock climbing, mountaineering, surfing, back country snowboarding, cycling, or running. I’m also an avid soccer fan and play in several co-rec leagues around town.
